History and Physical Criteria
Age 55 or older (1 point)
Isolated tenderness of patella (no bone tenderness of knee other than patella) (1 point)
Tenderness of head of fibula (1 point)
Inability to flex to 90 degrees (1 point)
Inability to bear weight both immediately and in the emergency department for 4 steps (1 point)
