Body weight less than 150 lb or 67 kg (1 point)
Anterior lead ST elevation or left BBB (1 point)
Time to treat more than 4 hours (1 point)
Age
>= 75 years old (3 points)
65-74 years old (2 points)
Less than 65 (0 points)
