Patient of Black race (1 point)
Patient is female (1 point)
Prior history of stroke (1 point)
Systolic BP >= 160 mmHg (1 point)
Body weight less <= 65 Kg for women, <= 80 Kg for men (1 point)
INR > 4 or prothrombin time > 24 seconds (1 point)
TPA used instead of another thrombolytic (1 point)

Risk of Cerebral Bleeding
0-1 points:0.69% Risk
2 points:1.02% Risk
3 points:1.63% Risk
4 points:2.49% Risk
5-8 points:4.11% Risk
